Q. How many people can you take?

A. The Volkswagen Caravelle is licensed to carry only 6 passengers. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any more passengers. However, we are able to provide other vehicles should it be necessary.

Q. Are we allowed to eat, drink or smoke in any vehicles?

A. In short, the answer is no! It is illegal to smoke in any vehicle and we ask that you do not eat or drink in the vehicle due to spillages and the clean up costs.

Q. Can you pick up and drop off at different locations?

A. If the pick-ups and drop offs are relatively close by, then yes. If they are miles apart, then yes, we would be happy to make them however, a small cost will be incurred. In any event, Darren will always ensure that his passengers, both male and female, get home safely.

Q. Is it best to accept the cheapest price?

A. Not necessarily! Speedy Connections Travel Services are not the cheapest however, you do get more for your money. Not only do you get a first class vehicle with the added benefits of watching films, listening to music or playing on the PlayStation, but you also get a first rate, personal service. Sometimes, paying that little bit extra gives you peace of mind!

Q. What is included in the price?

A. That depends on the service that you have asked for. Basically, the price includes all transfers (as requested), the number of passengers together with their luggage. It also includes travel in a high quality top spec vehicle with a first class chauffeur and to be treated as a first class citizen. Please contact Darren to get a more detailed outlook on the services that he provides.

Q. How do I book?

A. Easy! Either telephone Darren on 01233 666 494 or 07792 084 344 to arrange a booking. Alternative, you can e-mail: speedyconnections@live.com or dazbentley@btinternet.com to arrange your booking.

Q. How far in advance can I make a booking?

A. It's best to arrange your booking as soon as you know your travel plans. This is because during the busy periods, we get very busy and booking has to be booked as soon as possible to guarantee that we have a driver available.

Q. Is the driver's tip included in the price?

A. No, tipping the driver is not included and is at the passenger's discretion.
